Refund policy
KOSHUISBRAK – Exchange & Returns Policy
At Koshuisbrak, many of our items are custom-made and manufactured immediately after your order is placed. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Custom Orders (Names / Personalised Items)
* All personalised items are made exactly according to the details provided by the client.
* Clients are fully responsible for checking spelling, names, and details before confirming the order.
* We cannot change, refund, or exchange items where incorrect information was supplied by the client.
* If an error was made on our side, please email us and we will gladly rectify the mistake at no additional cost.
2. Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)
* Exchanges are only applicable to non-personalised items (e.g. standard bags or accessories).
* Items must be:
* Unused
* In original condition
* Returned within 7 days of delivery
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
* Clients have two options for returns:
* Purchase an exchange courier voucher through us, and we will arrange the courier on your behalf, or
* Use a courier of your choice and send the item back to us directly.
3. Returns & Refunds
* Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
* If approved:
* A voucher (discount value) of the refund amount valid for 90 Days will be send directly to the client - no refunds will be paid out.
* We reserve the right to decline refunds if:
* The item has been used, damaged, or altered
* The return does not meet our policy conditions
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:
* All customised/personalised products
* Items made specifically to client requirements
* Vouchers (Gift Cards)
5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

* Your order number
* Clear description of the issue
* Photos (if applicable)
